How to Subscribe to Receive Notification of Change in Sub-processors:

If you are a current Opal customer with a data processing agreement in place with Opal, you may subscribe to receive notifications of new Sub-processor(s) for each applicable Opal Service before Opal authorizes any new Sub-processor(s) to process personal data in connection with the provision of the applicable Service. 

You can subscribe to receive email notifications for changes to Opal Sub-processors by emailing the following information to subprocessors@opal.dev :

  • Customer Name
  • Customer Address
  • Executed copy of the Customer-Opal data processing addendum
